Dubli is a cash-back program suited for the mainstream.
By joining Dubli as a consumer, you get hooked up with discounts from brands 99.9% of people use anyway – Apple, Walmart, Best Buy, Macy’s, etc.
How does it work?
A simple toolbar is installed on your internet browser, so whenever you’re online shopping, your Dubli discount is applied in the form of a “cashback”.
So, the “pitch” is painfully simple:
“Dude, download this toolbar for free so you can get cash-back from brands you use anyways…”
Then, the consumer has the option to upgrade from the free version (which usually returns 1-2%) to the premium, where cash-back percentages surge to 7-12%.
And then…. (wait for it)…
…you get 25% of the cash-back savings of all the people you personally refer.
For life.
Crazy.
Imagine how things are looking on “Black Friday” or the day after Christmas? Now you can see why this movement is taking off.

Now, some more background on the company:
Dubli is part of MediaNet Group Technologies, a publically-traded global empire of ecommerce sitting pretty at the top of its game with millions in revenue every month.
The Board of Directors includes veterans from Microsoft Corporation, among other heavy-hitting companies in the industry.
Dubli has been around since 2003, but mainly in Europe…founder Michael Hansen brought it to the US in 2008.
For this reason, many people still haven’t heard of Dubli, even though it’s an alleged MAJOR contender for one of the world’s most comprehensive online shopping portals.

Michael Hansen, schooled as a mechanical engineer, has gone from designing LEGO products to developing chain restaurants to the top of the network marketing world in the fields of telecommunications and finance.

The Pros

1. Dubli offers members a benefit for doing something they probably already do (shop online).
2. Therefore, it’s an easy concept to explain and sell.
3. Dubli is has international shopping portals so it’s a product with a global market.
4. Dubli is the only international cashback program.
5. Up to 7% cash back is pretty sweet: that’s easy to sell.
6. Direct bank transfer for cash transfer is available.
7. Cashback earnings can also be transferred to the Dubli prepaid credit card.

The Cons

1. Dubli uses Payoneer for money handling, which charges hidden fees on debit card transfers and bank transfers. Your customers might not like this.
2. Online shopping rewards is a competitive business: if your customers find a better deal they can disappear instantly. Hopefully DubLi will continue to be the best deal around.
3. $99 start-up fee for MLM-ers
4. MLM-ers must pay for back-end services
5. MLM-ers must maintain quota or get downgraded status ( easy to do)
6. Even of you purchase status, it can be downgraded due to non-performance

Opportunity (hint: lucrative)

Opportunity comes in three forms with Dubli:

1. By becoming a VIP member, individuals can earn a profit by referring members. The payout is a $20 bonus for every referral who signs up with a VIP plan.

Commission of V.I.P. customers through Customer Referral Program (CRP)/Discount V.I.P. Membership Voucher Package Programs

Any V.I.P. customer signing up through the DubLi.com Customer Referral Program or through a Discount V.I.P. Membership Voucher Package Program*, as such may be agreed to by DubLi from time to time, will earn the sponsoring Business Associate 25% of the effective yearly Membership Fee paid for the purchased V.I.P. Membership. The upline of the sponsoring BA will only receive 50% commission of their normal organizational commission according to the compensation plan. 

* "Discount VIP Membership Voucher Package Programs" are programs that may be agreed to by DubLi on a case-by-case basis and in certain circumstances with one or more Business Associates, where the Business Associate contractually commits to purchase a mutually agreed upon number of vouchers for VIP Membership (the term for which may begin upon purchase commitment) at a discounted rate for provision to prospective DubLi.com customers.

Shopping Mall Commissions

The DubLi Shopping Mall offers two types of earned commissions. Both types of commissions will apply to your personal and organization customers. 

First, subscription commission will be paid monthly for Premium or V.I.P. Customer Membership Packages. Each month you will earn 25% on your personal customers Premium or V.I.P. Membership Packages. Your organization commissions on subscriptions will be paid according to the organizational compensation plan. 

The second type allows you to earn commissions on each individual purchase in the DubLi Shopping Mall, whether the purchase is made by a registered or non-registered customer.  As long as the customer makes the purchase through your personal link, you will now earn 25% of the Cashback percentage that DubLi receives from each merchant.  You will only receive your 25% of the actual commission amount received by DubLi from the merchant not on the full value of your customers purchase. The Cashback percentages paid by each individual merchant are illustrated in the back office.  Please note: merchant Cashback percentages are based on the actual sale value of each product not including VAT, taxes or shipping. In addition, as a BA, you will also only earn your commission from the merchant commission that is paid to DubLi based on your normal organizational percentages according to the DubLi Network compensation plan, not on the full retail value of your customers purchase. Organizational commissions will continue to be paid according to your rank and DubLi Network the organizational compensation plan.

Commissions will not be reported as earned until after the Merchants' sales commission payment is received by DubLi. In some cases this may take up to 90 days.

Customer Points

To achieve promotions in DubLi Network you must hit certain guidelines in team size, sales volume and Customer Points. You earn one (1) Customer Point for each active personal DubLi.com paid subscription package.

When a BA falls below the required amount of Customer Points, they have 14 days to make up the deficit or they will be downgraded to a lower rank (for example - if SD has only 10 points he will then be downgraded to TL). They have 90 days to get the customer points needed for their previous highest rank in order to regain that rank. If they do not regain the Customer Points within the 90 days they will remain at the rank represented by their current amount of customer points. They can then only regain their old rank by building the organization and re-qualifying. Customer Points alone cannot promote you to a higher rank. You will never be downgraded to a lower rank unless you don't have enough Customer Points.

If you are a TM and fall below the 5 Customer Points, you will have 14 days to regain your Customer Points or you will lose your right to earn any commissions until you have regained the required amount of points. You will see an icon next to your TM status, which indicates that you are excluded from earning commissions.

Partner Program Commissions

The DubLi Partner Program allows companies and organizations of any size to co-brand DubLi's global Cashback Travel, Shopping and Entertainment ecommerce platform. The program is a value-add to the Partners existing business and facilitates loyalty and retention not just amongst customers but employees, investors and donors as well – and they just continue doing the same things they have always done - shop and book travel online, and best of all, the Partner earns a commission on these sales.

• The Partner earns 30% for each eligible purchase by their customers on their co-branded website.
• Existing active Partners are eligible to sign up other Partners in their frontlines, but are not eligible to sign up BAs.
• A sponsoring Partner will receive 5% commission in organizational commission as long as they are an active Partner.
• A sponsoring Partner will not receive any commission on the start-up fees or monthly fees.

About Earnings:
Start-up Fee: EURO 4,995/ AUD $6,995/USD $6,995		Monthly Maintenance Fee: EURO 299 / AUD $499 / USD $499
	On the V.I.P. Membership Package, the Partner will earn:	30%	of the package price

The Cashback amounts in the Partner Program back office are different than what is displayed on the live Shopping Malls.
	Partner Program sponsors a new Partner Program, the Partner will earn:	5%	of all the commissions referenced above.

* NON-Profit Organizations are not charged any start-up fee or monthly license fees. 

TLA, Team Coordinator and above earnings (as a result of sponsoring a Partner Program)
	They will earn their normal organizational commission of the 4,995 EUR or $6,995 USD/AUD.
	No commissions will be paid on monthly maintenance fees.

Business Associates Business Associates can earn a full organizational commission on a Partner Program up to $250,000 USD/AUD or €200,000 EURO on accumulated revenue by one specific Partner. Above $250,001 USD/AUD or €200,000 EURO, their organizational commissions will be reduced by 50%. This means that, at any time, when a Partner's revenue reaches $250,001 USD/AUD or €200,000 EURO, this can be after one month or after two years, the sponsoring BA and the uplines organizational commission will be reduced by 50% for the rest of the time a Partner is active. If a Partner sponsors a new Partner If a Partner sponsors a new Partner, the sponsoring BA upline will receive the following organizational commission: TLA = 5%, Team Coordinator = 10% commission, Sales Director = 15% commission, Vice President = 20% commission and Senior Vice President = 22.5% commission.
